In the previous episode, Shivani revealed that she is pregnant with Ronit's child, who left her after false promises. Prerna (Erica Fernandes) swore to avenge her sister's condition with Anurag's (Parth Samthaan) help, of course. But turns out she will have to go through Komolika (Hina Khan) first because Ronit is her brother. So far the cops have arrested Ronit, in front of Komolika.
Today’s episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 starts with, Mohini thinking that Prerna will misuse Anurag’s friendship and she also remembers Nive saying that Anurag does not love Prerna just that he gets emotional with her soft stories.
In the police station Prerna sees Anurag talking to the Inspector, just then Prerna's brother calls her and tells that Shivani is uncontrollable and that they all are trying to console her. He tells Prerna to come in the hospital so that she can make Shivani understand. Prerna tells this all to Anurag and says that she is so confused as to what to do whether she should go to the hospital or stay here in the police station. Anurag tells Prerna that police have arrested Ronit and they are bringing him here. Prerna then tells let's go first and see how Shivani is. Just as Anurag goes to get his car the Inspector comes and ask Prerna does she know whose son is Ronit Chaubey. Prerna tells him that she just believes in justice and that he should give her the F.I.R copy and goes from there.
When Prerna comes out of the police station she dashes Komolika, Komolika recognizes her as the girl whose heart was broken and taunts her by asking whether she came for complaining that in the police station. Prerna answers her as the heart is broken but of someone close to her. Prerna tells her to lift the paper which is under her leg and Komolika gives her the paper and tells her there must be something between them that’s why they are meeting again and again. Anurag comes and Prerna leaves from there.
In the hospital Veena tries to console Shivani, Rajesh comes near her and tells her that her life is very precious and that she should not play with it and carry on in our life. Shivani Seeing Prerna and Anurag tell them that she will not go home and they should send her in some Ashram where no one will know about her but Anurag tells Shivani that in today’s world one percent of people say rubbish things but we should not hear them and the rest 99 percent people love you, they are your family and friends just think about them before taking any steps and tells her to stop crying, Prerna watches him consoling Shivani and admires Anurag. Shivani tells to take her home as she understood that she was wrong.
In the Police station, Ronit’s dad comes to give bail to his son. While coming he comes to know that Prerna Sharma is the reason for all this and orders his men to inquire everything about her and inform him. Ronit’s father orders the Inspector to release his son but the polices tells him that he can’t do it. In return, Ronit’s father warns the Inspector that he will make sure that he is suspended and goes in to meet Ronit. When Ronit’s father see Ronit he starts shouting at him for what he has done, Komolika tries to make him cool saying that elections are near and if you do something wrong he will not win it. Komolika tells we should respect women have 50 percent of voters are women, she promised her dad that this case will close and Ronit will come out also.
Shivani enquires about, will the police torture Ronit, Prerna gets angry as at this time she is thinking about him. Shivani asks her whether she told Anurag about her love for him, Prerna could not say anything and cries thinking about Anurag and Mishka’s relation. Shivani tells Prerna that Anurag is always with her and he is always on the side of her whenever she needs it.
In the precap, Komolika comes to know that Prerna and Shivani . Komolika visits Prerna the war begins between them.
