Kahiin Toh Hoga fame actress Aamna Sharif has stepped into Hina Khan's shoes as Komolika in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2's reboot after Hina exited the show owing to prior film commitments.
Star Plus' Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 saw the entry of the new Komolika in the form of actress Aamna Sharif entering the show in last night's episode. Aamna has stepped into Hina Khan's shoes as Komolika in the show after the latter quit owing to film commitments. While Aamna entering the show was announced a few days back, her look was released last week and instantly compared to Hina Khan's. A huge majority if the show's viewers prefer Hina Khan, a fact that is kinda interesting, considering Aamna has been in the industry for a longer time than Hina and also has a considerably larger body of work. The voting could also be a result of viewers finding it hard to accept Aamna in a hardcore vamp role. Another reason could be that the viewers are sceptical of the lady stepping into Hina Khan's shoes, considering that she set the bar really high with her Nikaaaa.... act, during her short stint on the show.
