Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Ekta Kapoor Shares a BTS Clip of Babul Supriyo and Priya Recreating the Title Track Along With an Announcement – Watch Video

As we know, TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor is returning with the reboot version of her cult show Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The show, which has already gained quite a buzz even before the show hit the small screen, has only excited fans and built a curiosity that is only growing with each passing day. While fans are waiting for the show with bated breath, Ekta shares a BTS clip of Babul Supriyo and Priya Bhattacharya recreating the title track along with an announcement. Last night, Ekta took to the photo-sharing app to share the making of the new track.

Promising that the new promo will be worth the wait, the TV Producer shared a video and wrote on Instagram, "Thanku #babulsupriyo n #priya for this recreation! Both went out of their way to sing d song again! N as far as THE NEW ANURAG PRERNA fans go ...sorry for d delay in introducing them but @starplus is coming out with a promo that will b worth d wait #kasautizindagiki #kasautiizindagiikay @balajitelefilmslimited @starplus." Speaking of the cast, reportedly, Parth Samthaan has bagged the role of Anurag Basu, while Prerna will be played by Erica Fernandes. While the character of Komolika is of utmost importance in Kasautii remake, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Hina Khan and Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai actress Krystle D'Souza's names have been doing the rounds. However, the mystery around the Komolika's character still remains. Reports also suggest that Pooja Banerjee too bags a pivotal role in Ekta's show.

Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 will premiere on September 25 and will take the 8 pm slot. Earlier, it was announced that the show will be going on-air on September 10, and will replace the political satire show - Har Shaakh Par Ullu Baitha Hai. But looks like, fans, who were eagerly waiting for their favourite show to hit the small screen, will now have to wait a little longer as the show has been delayed.
