Ekta Kapoor's reboot version of the cult show Kasautii Zindagii Kay, which starred Shweta Tiwari, Ronit roy, Cezanne Khan, is all set to hit the TV screens on September 25, which is this coming Tuesday and trust me, fans have not been not able to control their excitement. They are beaming with joy as Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 marks the return of the two iconic characters - Prerna and Anurag - that holds a special place in fans' hearts because it was one epic love story that made us look for our soulmates back in the days. So, while the show is just two days away, Ekta Kapoor too gets 'nostalgic' as she starts a new chapter of Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

Earlier in the day, Ekta took to the photo-sharing app to share a video from the original Kasautii Zindagii Kay and thank the actors - Shweta, Cezanne, Ronit and Urvashi Dholakia - who made Kasautii a big hit on the small screen. Speaking of cast in the reboot version, Parth Samthaan has reportedly bagged the role of Anurag Basu, while Prerna will be played by Erica Fernandes. Actress Pooja Banerjee too has been roped in to play a pivotal role in the show. Rumour has it that Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fame Hina Khan will play the iconic Komolika character.
