While her on-screen character Tanvi is busy gunning for a married man, the case is quite the opposite in real life for actress Sonyaa Ayodhya who plays Tanvi in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. The pretty actress has been in a committed relationship with a restaurateur named Harsh Samorre for the past year and a half now and divulges her plans to tie the knot soon. Talking to Bombay Times about how their relatioship started and progressed, Sonyaa reveals, "A couple of years ago, I was shooting for a commercial when I noticed a guy on the set helping me hold the prop. I mistook him for a spot boy, and kept calling him 'spot dada' throughout the shoot. It was much later that I realised that he wasn't a part of the crew, but was helping a friend associated with the project. We still laugh about the incident." Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 September 19, 2019 Preview: Mr Bajaj Hands Over His Daughter's Responsibility To Prerna And Goes To Jail!

Calling Harsh her soulmate, Sonyaa continues, "I'm emotional and quite old-school when it comes to love. Harsh was understanding and waited patiently, when I told him that I needed time to decide. We started dating after six months of our friendship. He’s my soulmate and that’s why it’s so different with him. I like his sense of humour and the fact that he is extremely supportive and encouraging. Understanding is paramount for a relationship to weather all storms. He understands that being an actress, I might need to shoot round the clock or attend events."

Letting in on her wedding plans, "We are yet to finalise the date, but it will happen within six months. We want to have a destination wedding," concludes Sonyaa. Well, congratulations to the happy couple.
