After her successful stint in daily soaps on the Indian television, former Bigg Boss contestant Hina Khan will soon be seen making her debut in Bollywood commercial cinema with Vikram Bhatt's Hacked. The actress, who won hearts of the audiences with her acting chops in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 and garnered unprecedented success and adulation for her portrayal of vivacious Komolika, took a break from Ekta's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, owing to her film commitments. And now, the actress, who will also be making her entry into digital space with Ekant Babani's Damaged 2 opposite Adhyayan Suman, is busy travelling back and forth for her work commitments. So, the actress clearly can't return to Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 as Komolika. Confirming the same, Ekta, earlier today (September 25) shared a post for Hina Khan to say goodbye.

On Wednesday (September 25), Ekta Kapoor took to the photo-sharing app to share a tweet, that has left us all with a question, "Who will be the new Komo?" Ekta's tweet read, "Will miss uuuu komo @eyehinakhan uve been awwwwwwsome ..will do something BIG SOOON. ab komo Kaun?????? #komolika #KasautiiZiindagiiKay @StarPlus"

Meanwhile, there are reports that suggest former Bigg Boss contestant Gauahar Khan is in talks with the makers for Hina Khan's replacement. An online portal had quoted a source as saying, "The makers are very keen on having Gauahar on-board to play Komolika on the show. Gauahar even gave the look test and has been in constant talks with the production house." Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2: Gauahar Khan, Former Bigg Boss Contestant, to Step Into Hina Khan’s Shoes?

The source further added, "The makers seem convinced and are insisting on having Khan as the new Komolika, but Gauahar is in a dilemma given that she has other web series and projects in hand. However, final talks and modalities are yet to be discussed." Well, Gauahar has neither confirmed nor dismissed the reports yet. Earlier, Dil To Happy Hai Ji actress Jasmin Bhasin was rumoured to be stepping into Hina's shoes as Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. However, the actress dismissed the rumours.
