Popular actor Karan Patel, who shot to fame as Raman Bhalla in Ekta Kapoor's much-celebrated show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, will now be seen on 'MTV Ace of Space' and not as contestant but as host. Yes, you read that right. As we know, host and mastermind Vikas Gupta has entered the Bigg Boss 12 house, Vikas' good friend Karan will host the show in his absence. Excited much? Expressing his excitement, Karan, in a statement to a leading portal, said, "I'm quite excited to don the hat of the Mastermind for MTV Ace of Space. I love the concept of the show and totally looking forward to monitor and play with the mindsets of the contestants."

The actor further added, "I have watched episodes of the show and it certainly is challenging, but at the same time, a lot of fun. I love the content that is edgy and adding a personal touch to it. It will be interesting to see the reaction of the contestants after I step in, it will be fun for me as well as for the audience. Hoping for this one to be an exciting venture."

On the professional front, Karan is currently seen in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein opposite Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya. On the personal front, Karan Patel is happily married with Ankita Bhargava's, who is also used to be a popular TV actress. Watch this space for further updates.
