Karan Oberoi Opens Up about His Relationship with Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin Actress: ‘I Wanted to Be with Mona Singh’

Television actor-singer Karan Oberoi is widely known for portraying the role of Raghav Oberoi in the popular show, Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin. He shared screen space with Mona Singh who played the role of Jasmeet Walia. It was since then that rumours of their dating started doing rounds. However, the relationship did not last for long and 13 years ago it was ended. A leading portal has quoted Karan Oberoi on his relationship with Mona Singh and that he wanted to be with her. Talking about Mona Singh, Karan Oberoi was quoted saying, “I wanted to be with her. She is a wonderful girl and a great artiste. We were too young and different as people. Mona is very social, always bubbly but at that time marriage was not something she was looking at. Her career was going great guns and she wanted to focus on that,” reports Spotboye. The actor was also asked whether he’s still in contact with Mona to which he replied, “There is just social hi and hello if we meet but no animosity as such. Karan Oberoi has been in news since quite some time and that too for all the wrong reasons. The actor-singer was reportedly arrested after a woman framed him for raping her and trying to strangle her to death. The actor has been cleared off all the charges after it was proved that she was faking the scene and that Karan was innocent. The said woman has been arrested and it was after it that Karan gave clarifications and also spoke about his relationship with Mona Singh.
