Ishqbaaz 9th August 2018 Written Update of Full Episode: Shivay Publicly Apologizes to Anika After Throwing Daksh Out

Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) telling the press that he is ashamed of what he has done to Anika(Surbhi Chandna). The media demands to know what it is that Shivay did and why was it so bad that he is publicly apologising to her.

Anika remembers all the insults Shivay levied on her and the forced marriage she is dragged into. Anika refrains from exposing Shivay and says that whatever passed between her and Shivay is actually only their business and no one should have anything to do with it.

Daksh finds this distraction and tries to run, but Shivay drags him back and asks him to apologise. Later he hands him over to Khanna and wants him to be thrown out.

Daksh promises to return with revenge. Shivay asks the press to expose Daksh to the world, so he does not repeat what he did. Dadi consoles Priyanka and Om ask Shivay if he already knew about Daksh.

Shivay tells them about how Anika had in the past told him and Dadi about Daksh's assault on her. Shivay says that he had refused to believe Anika, but he found his cufflink in her clothes today.

Shivay says that he remembered he had lost it at Payal's house. Shivay then reveals how he could not talk to Anika about this as he was guilt-ridden. He says that he needed further proof, so he asked for the CCTV footages from those days.

He had then seen how Daksh had misbehaved with Anika all the time and also how she and Payal were kidnapped at the wedding. Shivay says that he was so stricken with guilt that he almost got run over by a car. Then he had made up his mind to talk to Anika.

He had asked her about the cufflink. She had told him that she got it stuck to her chappal the day she was assaulted. Shivay then asked Anika to help him convince Priyanka and also to expose Daksh.

They had together spoken to Priyanka. It was difficult for Priyanka to accept but she was, and then she too was on board for this. The last of the links was Payal.

When Priyanka and Daksh's marriage was announced Payal got insecure, and she had told Anika that she will support them now. She had apologised to Anika for failing her by trusting Daksh again and again.

Shivay says that he does not know how he would make up for what he did in his anger and out of his blind love for his sister. They all look around but do not find Anika. Shivay gets the mangalsutra in their room as he remembers how she had challenged him saying she would make him realise his mistake.
