Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Shivay(Nakuul Mehta), Om and Rudra drive away in search of Khanna even though they do not know where they are going. Khanna is being tortured by some goons who prepare to kill him and get his wife remarried. Bhavya, Anika and Gauri too are on their way as Bhavya has put Khanna's phone on track. Shivay has a GPS installed on Khanna's phone, and he also gets Khanna's location. The goons bury Khanna alive as ShivOmRu arrives at the jungle location whereas Bhavya, Anika and Gauri arrive at Mithali's house. They decide to go into the house.

ShivOmRu locate Khanna and try calling him as the ring comes from below the earth. Anika, Gauri and Bhavya disguise as village women and enter Mithali's house. ShivOmRu do not realise that the bell is coming from below ground and they separate in different directions to search for him. Anika, Bhavya and Gauri are questioned at the door by one of the goons, they lie that they here for dance and music. ShivOmRu do not find Khanna anywhere and discuss what they should be doing now. Om spots Khanna's watch.

They put two and two together as Rudra by chance hears the sound of the phone from below the earth, and they start digging the place. They manage to save Khanna as the poor man breaks down. Bhavya throws some earthen pots down as Anika and Gauri create a ruckus inside as they say that probably Khanna has come to get his wife. All the women run out to stop Khanna and Anika, Gauri and Bhavya meanwhile help Mithali to escape. Mithali recognises the three obahus. Shivay consoles Khanna saying Anika, Gauri and Bhavya will manage to rescue Mithali somehow.

Anika tells Om their location and asks them to come there. As they try moving out, they find their car being burnt and they try to stop Shivay by calling him, but they do not pick the calls. The goons capture ShivOmRu and Khanna and also are Anika, Gauri and Bhavya. The goons decide to kill Mithali and Khanna.
