Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) sending out a strong message to the world as he says that the way women are projected in today's films and TV is actually wrong as the stalking and pursuing is greatly promoted. Shivay says that respect for women needs to be instilled in the boys from the childhood. Shivay, Om and Rudra seek forgiveness of Anika, Gauri and Bhavya for knowingly or unknowingly hurting them any time. The media praises the way the Oberois respect their women.

Next day the house is voiced by Shivay's scream. Anika, Om-Ru and Bhavya-Gauri all run in to see if Shivay is in some trouble. They are amused to see Shivay defending himself from a little puppy with the help of a frying pan. The pup walks to Shivay, and he gets even more worked up. Anika laughs at Shivay and mocks him for being scared of an adorable puppy.

Om reveals that Shivay is not sacred but is allergic to dog hair. This leaves Rudra suspicious as he asks Shivay if he was behind the disappearance of their little pup in their childhood. Om is revealed to be the culprit, and Rudra cries his heart out. Om consoles Rudra saying he just gave the puppy away and did not kill it. Now Khanna brings the real owners of the pup, and they are the new neighbours. The two brothers introduce themselves as Rishabh and Ranbir.

Rishabh is revealed to be an RJ. They sit having a good time together when Om notices that Gauri is still disturbed. Om asks Gauri to be strong and tells her that he stands rock solid by her side. Later Ranbir who looks very flustered is revealed to be ill, and Rishabh is seen being all worried about his brother. Ranbir asks for the washroom and Shivay insists that he would take Ranbir. As Shivay takes Ranbir, he begs Shivay to save him from his brother who is about to kill him today. Shivay does not take this seriously and asks Ranbir to relax, and Rishabh seems to love Ranbir.
