Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Anika(Surbhi Chandna) walking down the stairs with a sly smile on her face. She remembers Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) telling her that she has two hands and she should use them to apply haldi as he will do anything of that sort.

Anika walks into the kitchen, and she finds the burner on, and she puts her hand right on it. She screams in pain as her hands burn. Shivay worries over her and asks her why she was in the kitchen. Anika says that she accidentally picked up the hot plate.

Anika then rallies on saying she so wished that her haldi will happen today, but all her dreams are just that. Shivay understands that Anika purposely burnt her hand. Now Jahnvi and Om between them convince Shivay to apply haldi on Anika.(Also Read: Shivay Faints After Saving Anika From a Cockroach)

Shivay hesitantly does just that. Later Anika brags her achievement to Shivay, and he says that she cheated. Anika says that she is his wife and soon she will also make him say that he does care for her. Anika stumbles to fall but Shivay holds her, and the haldi gets on his face and shirt too.

Anika is elated that now the haldi is complete. Later Jahnvi finds Anika in Gauri's room and asks her why she is sleeping here. She then gets Anika to Shivay's room and asks him what is wrong between them. Anika makes an excuse that she and Shivay had a fight.

Jahnvi warns them against using different bedroom and leaves Anika there. Anika now tells Shivay that she did him a favour by handling the situation with Tej and Jahnvi. He asks her to take the bed while he will use the couch. They argue for a while, and then Shivay in a huff walks to the floor with a pillow and says that he will sleep on the floor. Anika joins him there saying she cannot let her husband sleep on the floor while she takes the couch.

Anika finds Shivay being uncomfortable on the floor and sings a lullaby for him. Shivay gets irritated and asks her to sleep as he has a meeting next morning.

Later that night Shivay gets the nightmare of his parents' death, and he screams in his sleep. Anika pacifies him and tries to calm him down. Shivay pushes her away and says he will not speak about it. Anika feels sad to see him like that, and she cries.

She asks Shivay to sleep comfortably as she cares too much for him. Shivay sleeps in her arms as she tells him that no nightmares will haunt him as she is with him.
