Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Roop asking Pinky to gift the new bahu something. Roop asks Pinky to part with her kangan. Pinky is forced to give away her bangle to the new bride. Anika(Surbhi Chandna) is shattered watching this as she thinks that even Pinky has given away her bangle to the girl. She stands there broken while Roop comes to her again. Roop asks Anika if she would still go on trusting this Oberoi family who have thought about nothing but themselves. Roop says that Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) proved that he is a good son and now it is Anika's turn to prove that she too is a good daughter. Anika stands there as she remembers everything that she just saw.

Roop returns to Shivay who has started beating up the goons. Roop asks Shivay to calm down and Shivay screams at her to not waste the time and give him the letter. Roop gets the letter but throws it into the fire and it burns before Shivay can take it out. Shivay is furious as Roop tells him that she knows about his little act with Rudra playing the pandit. She takes the wig off Rudra and also exposes Om. She says that she has double crossed them by playing a bigger game. She reveals that Anika was present all through here and she believed all this to be true. Roop adds that she is afraid Anika might commit suicide like her father. This makes Shivay lose it and he screams at Roop and runs outside. Anika is walking on the roads as she remembers her moments with Shivay. Anika thinks that she had refused to believe anything that she saw or heard just as Shivay had asked her to but she could not hold on.

Shivay is driving on as he remembers Anika. Anika sits on the road and suddenly a speeding car hits her. Shivay senses this and gets off his car and starts running on the road. Shivay is stopped by Veer. Veer refuses to let go of Shivay even as Shivay says that he has to reach Anika right now. Anika stands outside the police station with the proof file against the Oberois. A officer takes her inside to meet the inspector. She sits there as she thinks of all her relationships in the house, about Rudra and Om, about Pinky and Shakti. Anika thinks that she made the family her own but the family was never hers. The inspector walks in but does not find Anika there. Anika walks out as she thinks that she cannot hurt the Oberois but she will clear her father's name for sure. She throws the file into a dustbin.
