Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Anika(Surbhi Chandna) trying hard to make ends meet. She has a small stall serving snacks and food to people on the road. She struggles at her job. Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) meets the journalist Suni Tyagi again and threatens to kill his brother if he continued with his investigation on Oberois.

As she struggles alone, she is not able to manage her stall properly and loses customers. Anika does not let herself break down and decides to keep fighting. The journalist calls Shivay a monster, and he says that he can do anything for his family. Shivay sends Sunil Tyagi off with sweets for his brother. Anika is not able to repay the thirty thousand to the house owner, and she says that she needs three days to repay the amount failing which she agrees to fall on the feet of the house owner and beg forgiveness.

Shivay is in the kitchen when Om and Rudra walk in and tells Shivay that he takes care of everyone except himself. Rudra and Om also tease Shivay about getting married, and they enact how Shivay will romance his wife. Shivay has a guest at home none other than Tia. Anika too has a guest for whom she is making mirchi pakoda; it is Gauri. Anika and Gauri have a very warm reunion. Gauri is a bindaas girl and Anika's opposite.

Gauri tells Anika about how she thrashed a boy who pursued her. Tia seems to share a friendly relationship with Om and Rudra. Chachi walks in and starts lashing out at Gauri. Gauri asks Chachi not to speak against her sister, but Chachi goes on and on. Gauri threatens Chachi to try that, but Chachi walks away intimated.
