Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Mihir Awasthi convincing a lovelorn person that he should forget his love as she was not the one for him and they were never destined to be together, and that love is not real. He says that as per his theory love is nothing but a coincidence. Anika(Surbhi Chandna) stands up against this saying she has been in love with a person who is exactly opposite to her and yet they kept meeting all the time and are absolutely in love.

Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) backs her up and says that they both are so much in love. Shivay backs out of the book launch saying he does not agree with any of Mihir's theories. Mihir lets them go, but later he is so offended by this. Shivay and Anika suddenly face a storm as Mihir says that he is going to send them back in time to the exact place they met first, but he wishes to see if they will have the same meeting again.

Shivay and Anika suddenly are in a trance, and they separate and walk away from each other. It is seen that Om and Rudra are waiting for Shivay to return and he walks in as the old Shivay. Dadi walks in and fusses over her grandchildren. Anika is welcomed to her home by Sahil. Anika and Shivay look lost as they miss something.

Anika seems different as she is more sombre. Dadi is preparing for Shivay's engagement as Rudra and Om are preparing for the function. Om assures Dadi that they would make sure everything is perfect. Anika too is getting ready for work as she intends to show her wedding planning idea to her new client. Sahil assures her that everything will be fine.
