Ishqbaaz 15th May 2018 Written Update of Full Episode: Shivay Reinstates Anika's Self-Confidence by Standing up For Her

Today's episode of Ishqbaaz starts with Anika(Surbhi Chandna) and Shivay(Nakuul Mehta) reach Shivay's school so they can get Sahil's admission. Shivay meets his teachers and introduces them to Anika as Anika feels a bit flustered while they speak to her about Shivay's achievements. Later as they walk to meet the principal Shivay gets an urgent call and has to take it. He asks Anika to proceed to the office as they cannot keep the principal waiting. Anika is not confident about this still makes herself take the step. She enters the principal office announced as Mrs. Oberoi. She is shocked to see the woman she had an argument with on the road there. The woman questions her why she is here when it was Mrs. Oberoi's appointment.

Anika says that she herself is Mrs. Shivay Singh Oberoi. The principal then makes fun of her saying Shivay is Cambridge educated and has a HMT wife. There are other mothers sitting around who take the opportunity to laugh at Anika. The principal then asks Anika to speak to her in english. Anika fails to express her cause and the people make fun of her. Shivay walks in at this and meets the principal. Without knowing what happened there Shivay asks the principal what he should be doing to proceed with Sahil's admission. The principal says they would need the parent's interview. Shivay says he is ready as Sahil's guardian but the principal says that they need Anika's interview as it is always the mother who has more influence on the child.

Clueless Shivay leaves Anika there and walks out. The principal starts her interview and insults Anika all the way. She goes far enough to tell the other woman to record the video and spread it online so no one ever crosses the class barrier. Anika is in tears as she walks out to Shivay. Shivay is busy admiring his name on the list of toppers of the school. He then notices Aika is crying and asks her about it. Anika says that she has failed both him and Sahil miserably. Shivay asks her what happened inside and then she tells him about the entire episode.

Shivay walks into the boardroom and talks to the chairman directly while the principal is telling the chairman that Anika failed the interview. Shivay says that since teachers are interviewing the parents hence they as parents should also get the right to interview the teachers just so they know their kids are in right hands. Shivay asks Anika to take the interview. Anika asks a few questions in hindi and the principal fails to respond. The principal says that hindi is not her language, here Shivay makes his point saying neither is English Anika's. Shivay then goes on to add that English should not be made an instrument to create class barriers in the country. Later he tells Anika that she should know that she is no less than anyone else.
