Star Plus has finally released Ishqbaaaz's second season promo and we simply can't keep calm. Season 2 will be seeing Nakuul Mehta play the role of Shivaay and Anika's son Shivaansh Singh Oberoi. And as per reports, actress Manjiri Pupala has bagged the lead role opposite Nakuul Mehta post the leap. Also seen in the show will be Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki actor Malhar Pandya. In the promo, Shivaay and Anika (Surbhi Chandna) can be seen discussing how their child will be. While Shivaay's description is all about dashing good looks, style and sophistication, Anika break his bubble and questions him - what if their child is a 'chichora' like her? Well, in the promo, we see Shivaansh as a perfect combination of attitude and elan, just like Shivaay predicted and also a flirt and ladies man and totally charming, just like Anika predicted. And we are liking Shivaansh Singh Oberoi already.

As of December 14, the old cast consisting of Surbhi Chandna (Anika), Kunal Jaisingh (Omkara), Shrenu Parikh (Gauri), Mansi Srivastava (Bhavya) and Leenesh Mattoo (Rudra) will be seen bidding goodbye to the show. And actor Nakuul Mehta who plays Shivaay, will be seen playing his and Anika’s son Shivaansh Singh Oberoi. Well, the promo has pretty much excited us a lot. What are your views on the new promo?
