Kapil Sharma was once rumoured to be in a relationship with his Comedy Nights With Kapil Sharma and The Kapil Sharma Show, creative Preeti Simoes, before things went down and the duo parted ways professionally and (apparently) personally as well. Kapil then threw a googly at his fans when he introduced his 'fiance' Ginni Chatrath on Twitter, which both surprised and shocked his fans at the same time. Kapil Sharma's Ex-Girlfriend Preeti Simoes Blames Fiancé Ginni Chatrath For His Rash Behaviour.

Only a few weeks back, Kapil also announced that he was all set to wed Ginni on December 12, in Jalandhar, Ginni's hometown. Kapil had also mentioned that his wedding would be a lavish affair.  "We wanted to keep it low key. But Ginni is the only daughter in her family. Her folks wanted the wedding to be on a lavish scale. And I completely understand their sentiments. My mother also wants the wedding to be lavish," the comedian had quoted in IANS.

And now, details of their lavish 4-day wedding ceremony have been revealed. According to Mumbai Mirror, "The celebrations will kick off with a Mata ka Jagran at Kapil's sister's residence on December 10. This will be followed by mehendi and sangeet ceremonies at Ginni's place the next day. A five-star hotel has been booked for the big fat Punjabi wedding on December 12. It will be followed by a reception party on December 14 at another five-star in Amritsar."

It has also been reported that Kapil and Ginni will host a grand reception for their friends and colleagues from the industry on December 24th, a day prior to Kapil's television comeback, that has been slated for December 25th. Looks like 2018 has come in full circle for Kapil Sharma.
