Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonerjee Are NOT a Part of Bigg Boss 12 – Read Official Clarification

For all those who believed rumours about Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonerjee being a part of the next season of Salman Khan's reality TV show Bigg Boss, here's a bad news. Gurmeet has issued an official statement mentioning that he and his wife Debina are not participating in Bigg Boss 12. "Right now, I m busy with my film Paltan which is releasing on September 7th. Next going on floors soon. So how come?" While there is no denying that we would have loved to watch the super couple on the reality show, we wonder how long will we have to wait for the same," reads an official statement by the actor.

Paltan is based on the Nathu La military clashes of 1967 that took place along the Sikkim border. The plot of the film portrays an untold story of the Indian forces facing off in an intense battle to ward off a Chinese infiltration. Having treated the audience with realistic war films like Border and LOC Kargil, film maker JP Dutta is now all set to complete the war trilogy with the upcoming movie Paltan.

Coming back to Gurmeet, now that the actor has finally cleared the air, we hope it will put all rumours to rest. While nothing has been officially confirmed about Bigg Boss season 12 as of yet, one thing is for sure - Salman Khan will be hosting the shoe this time as well. However, we wonder what is going to be the concept of the show this time.
