A dying fan of Game of Thrones had the wish to speak to the cast members of the show. The staff of the hospice she was admitted to took her wish as their command. After pulling some strings, they were able to get not one or two but ten cast members of GoT to send wishes to the lady. Claire joked to her medical caretakers that she wanted to watch the third episode of Game of Thrones season 8 before taking her last breath. While they were at jokes she also added she'd want to meet a few actors from the show. HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center staff was able to get 10 cast members on the video to send Claire wishes. Liam Cunningham (Davos Seaworth), Miltos Yerolemou (First Sword of Braavos and Arya Stark's first teacher) and Josef Altin (Pypar) were some of the actors who took part in this goodwill gesture.
“I know you can’t be here today, but I just wanted to say hello, and that you are with us in spirit and that we’re thinking of you and sending you all our love,” Miltos Yerolemou said in his message to Claire.

The actors appeared without their makeup from the show, so it could have been a little tough to recognise them. Staz Nair, who played Khaleesi's bodyguard joked, "Imagine a beard. A beard, long hair and a horse."
Claire passed away one day after watching the Battle of Winterfell. May her soul rest in peace.
