So let's do a recap of what happened in the last episode. Daenerys gets Varys executed on treason after Tyrion unwittingly outs him. Tyrion later rescues his captured Jaime Lannister and asks him to get to Cersei Lannister and take her away to someplace safe, before surrendering the city to Dany. Daenerys uses her sole surviving dragon, Drogon to destroy Euron Greyjoy's fleet and the Golden Company.

Daenerys, who is transforming into the Mad Queen, and her army attack the city and kill a lot of innocent, even after the surrender bells are rung. Jon Snow, Tyrion and Davos Seaworth are horrified by the carnage. Arya and The Hound reach the city, but The Hound manages to convince her to return, as Cersei would die anyway. The Hound goes on to fight his zombie brother, The Mountain, resulting in both their deaths. Jaime, after killing Euron Greyjoy, manages to find Cersei but they get killed by falling debris, as they embrace each other. Arya is almost killed in Dany's carnage but she finds a horse that takes her away from the now-ruined King's Landing. Game of Thrones Season 8 Finale: Daenerys Targaryen, Jon Snow, Tyrion Lannister, Arya Stark – Who Lives and Who Dies?

#1 Daenerys Will Die

She might get to ascend the Iron Thrones, but her rushed turn as the Mad Queen has made Daenerys Targaryen the unexpected villain the show has to dispose of at the end, Yes, thanks to the carnage she made in the last episode, Dany has to go. The Question is who would kill - her disappointed paramour/nephew Jon Snow, an angry Arya Stark, a vengeful Tyrion or one of the deceased Varys' minions?

#2 Arya Stark Will Leave North

The Girl Has No Name might also have no place to stay at the end of the episode. Arya might leave Winterfell, maybe, after killing Dany to look for more tyrants to kill.

#3 And So Does Jon Snow...

If Dany is gone, the dice falls on Jon Snow, the last of the Targaryen clan, to take the throne. But Jon Snow has been adamant till now that he won't take the throne, and we are sure not even the death of Daenerys may make him change his mind. Most probably, he will go back to being a Watcher on the Wall.

#4 Sansa Stark Will Rule the North

Going by the choices we have, Sansa Stark is the aptest person in the show alive right now to rule anything. She has the brains, she has the welfare of the people in mind and she is ruthless when needed to be. Now who saw that coming in season 1! While we want her to rule the whole of Winterfell, the show might use her skills only for the North.

#5 The Throne

So what about the Iron Throne? We are sure that the showrunners will look at someone unexpected to sit on it. There are some theories that it could be Bran Stark. Or they could throw in a googly and demolish the idea of someone sitting on an Iron Thrones and bring in democracy! Wishful thinking!
