However, breaking all the rules, actress Shrenu Parikh is all set to challenge the idealistic image of an Indian bahu with Star Plus' much-awaited show Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna. Yes, after wooing her audience in Ishqbaaaz as Gauri Singh Oberoi, Shrenu is all set to rule the TV screens again with Star Plus' upcoming show, where she will be seen playing a quintessential daughter-in-law. Ever since the makers have dropped the first promo online, the audience have been hooked enough to the main lead, Shrenu Parikh's character Janhvi Mittal and her evil intent. Now, with a new promo, the makers have only got us all even more intrigued and impatient for the show to air soon. In the recently released promo, we see that Shrenu's character Janhvi is seen gardening, while she explains the meaning of a Sarvagun Sampanna Bahu. She is seen saying that "A Sarvagun Sampanna Bahu is someone for whom her family will go to such extent that they will die for her while she will go to any extent that she will even take their lives followed by her evil smirk, sending chills down our spine.

Earlier, talking about her character in her upcoming show, Shrenu had said, "When I bagged the role of Jhanvi through Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna, it was like a dream come true. But I am not playing a typical Tulsi or Parvati on the show. Jhanvi is so layered and crafted so carefully that it surprises me every day."
