Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya have found themselves in a distressing situation while on holiday in Florence, Italy. The couple, who had been sharing glimpses of their European vacation on social media, were left stranded in the Italian city after falling victim to a robbery that left them without passports, money, or other essentials. Their belongings, valued at approximately INR 10 lakh, including their passports, wallets, and all the shopping acquired during their trip, were stolen. The couple is now urgently seeking assistance from the Indian embassy to secure temporary passports and resolve their predicament. Divyanka Tripathi Pens Heartwarming Anniversary Wish for Husband Vivek Dahiya, Actress Says ‘Yeh Zindagi Ek Khubsoorat Carousel Si Hi Hai’.

According to Times Of India, the couple had been exploring properties in Florence, seeking a place to stay for a day, when thieves smashed the window of their parked car and made off with their passports, wallets, money, and shopping bags. Vivek described their shock and dismay upon discovering the break-in, saying, “Everything about this trip has been incredible, except for this incident. We arrived in Florence yesterday and planned to stay for a day. We went to check out a property we liked for our stay and left all our belongings in a car parked outside. However, when we returned to get our stuff, we were shocked to find that the car had been broken into, and our passports, wallets, money, shopping, and all our valuable items were gone. Fortunately, they left behind some old clothes and food items.”

Following the robbery, Vivek attempted to get help from local authorities but faced further obstacles. He revealed that the local police could not assist them as there were no CCTV cameras in the area, and the station had closed by the time they reached out. “We tried contacting the local police, but they dismissed our case, saying that without CCTV cameras in that specific area, they can’t help us. They even felt there was no point in them visiting the location. The police station shuts at 6 pm, and after that, they can’t offer any assistance. We also tried reaching out to the embassy, but unfortunately, they had already closed for the day,” Vivek explained. Divyanka Tripathi-Vivek Dahiya Set Couple Goals As They Pose and Pout for a Perfect Sunday Selfie (View Pics).
