Mohammed Nazim, best known for his role as Ahem in Star Plus' hit show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, recently discussed his past conflict with co-star Devoleena Bhattacharjee, admitting to having abused her during an argument on set. In an interview, Nazim revealed that he had verbally abused Devoleena during a heated moment while shooting. Devoleena Reacts To Mohammad Nazim Abusing Her On Saath Nibhaana Saathiya Set

In an exclusive interview with LatestLY, Devoleena said, “I don't dig up the past. I don't even remember what Nazim said. Who thinks about things from 6-7 years ago? What’s gone is gone. Both of us have moved on in life. He apologized to me for his behaviour. And all the issues and misunderstandings were resolved then. I'm not the kind of person who holds grudges against anyone. Many things change with time, and I don't like bringing negativity into anyone's life because of past matters. We are good friends currently, and that's what matters to me.”

Mohammad Nazim Recalled Abusing Devoleena Bhattacharjee

Earlier, in an interview with Telly Masala, Nazim recalled the incident and its impact on their performance. The actor was quoted saying, “We were rehearsing for one of our scenes once and one thing led to the other, I said things to her amid all this and also abused her. Mohammad Nazim On How His Fight With Devoleena Affected The Show

Nazim explained how their conflict affected the show. He stated, “We would not talk to each other, but we had to do our scenes together. So we would always compete in our minds, compete to perform better than the other one and amid all this, our scenes started coming out very well, and that, in turn, worked for the show. Because we were not talking during the scenes, we sat and visualised the scenes better.” Reflecting on how their disagreements were eventually resolved, Mohammad added, “It wasn't really a fight, just ego issues. One day, while we were acting out a scene, we both ended up laughing. After that, we didn't even remember why we had argued in the first place.”
