It took a while but YouTuber, Instagrammer and MTV Ace of Space contestant Danish Zehen's death has now turned into a full-blown controversy. Danish passed away on December 20, in a tragic accident near Navi Mumbai when his car spun out of control and hit a pole on the stretch, causing him to instantly lose his life. A friend accompanying Danish was rushed to a Vashi hospital and is recovering. His funeral followed soon at his Kurla residence where a humungous number of fans of the internet star, turned up to pay their last respects. Coming to how Danish's death is attracting controversy, only a day back, Bigg Boss 11 winner and actress Shilpa Shinde while paying her condolences to the late internet sensation, raised suspicion about his death. And now, Times Now has reported that 'certain clerics and maulvis' recently went to Danish' parents demanding them to release a video, denouncing their son. They demanded that Danish's family release a video saying that this (his accident and subsequent death) was 'God's way of punishing Danish for his immoral ways'.
"They (the maulvis) were like make a video that whatever Danish was doing, he was spreading the wrong culture and was going down a wrong path. They wanted the family to denounce Danish. He was a multi-talented guy and we also never stopped him." Danish's brother revealed in a video interview with Times Now.

Its really sad and heartbreaking that Danish's parents and family is having to deal with such religious bias, in the midst of a huge personal tragedy. We hope the family gets the strength to recover from the loss of a near one and may Danish's soul Rest In Peace.
