Dave says the Government institutes are underrated. Dave says, "Vijay Varma from FTII is ruling over Netflix. Pankaj Tripathi, Brijendra Kala who are from NSD are in every second movie and OTT show. I am very happy to see this. There was a time people from NSD were considered down market. People making commercials would not hire theatre and NSD stars saying they looked too down market. They did not even let 'such faces' stand on sets. Everyone wanted upmarket looks. Today, people hail talents like Nawazuddin Siddiqui."
Aniruddh Dave was mentored by Satish Kaushik when he was starting out. "These people live in an atmosphere where they are constantly talking about the craft and watching movies. Sudeep Chatterjee, Bollywood's best cinematographer is from FTII," he gushes. Chandu Champion: Watch Kartik Aaryan’s Inspiring Army Jawan Training in New Promo! Fans Eager for Release

He also spoke about the matter of how masses in India are unable to relate to Gen-Z actors as most of them do not even talk in Hindi in interviews. Dave said, "We identify Bollywood cinema as Hindi language cinema. The audience is 85 per cent Hindi speaking. I feel knowledge of Hindi is basic. We are always encouraged to read Hindi books, poems and literature to improve our skills. Sky is the limit for a good performer with good spoken Hindi."
