The comedian has purchased a lavish new home in a 40-storey tower located in Wadala. Faruqui tied the knot with makeup artist Mehzabeen in May 2024, though it remains unclear if they will be relocating to their new abode together. According to property records obtained by Square Yards, Faruqui acquired the luxurious apartment in Lodha Aura for a substantial sum of INR 6.09 crore. Reportedly, the high-rise building, situated in New Cuffe Parade, offers residents a premium lifestyle with its amenities and prime location. Reportedly, the property transaction was finalised on September 16, 2024, with Faruqui paying a stamp duty of INR 36.6 lakh and registration fees of INR 30,000. It's an under-construction project developed by the renowned real estate developer Macrotech Developers Limited (also known as Lodha).
