We got talking to contestant Khesari Lal Yadav, who is a well known and established star in the Bhojpuri film industry. Khesari shot to fame with his 2011 movie Saajan Chale Sasural and there has been no turning back for the actor, who has been the recipient of the prestigious UP Ratan Award in 2017.

When quizzed on why he entered the show as a wildcard, isntead of a participant from the beginning, Khesari confessed, "Actually mujhe yeh show pehle se hi offer hua tha, lekin mein India mein nai tha. Aur mujhe woh kaam Bigg Boss se pehle mila tha toh mai usko beechme codkar Bigg Boss kaise kar leta? While the Bhojpuri star is all for going into the house without forming opinions and pre-judging the contestants on the basis of what he has seen so far, when prodded on which team would he pick in the house to hang-out with, his choice was clear, "Bonding ke hisaab se toh mai Sidharth Shukla ki team ko chununga."

In a previous episode, when Paras was seen asking Shehnaaz to say 4 lines to him in English, Khesari, who was asked by Bigg Boss about his analysis of the game, commented, "Paras aapka toh koi character hi nahi hai." Standing by this statement, he says, "Paras sirf ladkiyon ke saath flirt karte hue dikhai dete hai. In fact, in his analysis, Khesari said that there was lots of drama in the show and a lot of people on the show only over-reacted. He also said to Bigg Boss that he'd have a lot of scope to perform in the show.

Ask him about his game plan, Khesari says, "Mera koi game plan nahi hai. Maine mehnat karke 40 crore hindustaniyon ke dil mein jaga banayi hai aur aage bhii banana chahunga iss game ke zariye.
