Barely a month after its launch, Sony TV’s new drama Tara From Satara has seen its first casualty in the form of its male lead, actor Ashwini Koul. Ashwini, who rose to fame with his stint in Splitsvilla and then went on to do youth dramas like Warrior High, Sadda Haq and also had a pivotal role in the Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes starrer Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, had bagged Tara From Satara back in mid-august and was cast as the protagonist. And guess which show, compelled Ashwini to quit his Sony TV project, that he was already unhappy with? It was Salman Khan’s controversial reality show Bigg Boss 13.

As per a report in Bombay Times, Ashwini was already unhappy with the way his track was proceeding. Also, as per the report, Ashwini’s storyline was not going as per the narration that was given to him. The news of Ashwini’s inclusion comes just days before Bigg Boss 13 premiers on September 29. This season of Bigg Boss will see the return of the show’s old format of having only celebrities get locked up. Also, the show’s set has been shifted from Lonavala to Mumbai for this season. And participating in this season will be actors Dalljiet Kaur, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Siddharth Shukla, Rashami Desai and her beau Arhaan Khan and Arti Singh among other celebs.
