Deepak Thakur stooped to the lowest of lows when a few days back he suggested that Jasleen Matharu is in a relationship with Anup Jalota because the latter has a lot of money. Yes, Deepak indirectly called Jasleen a gold digger despite knowing that Bigg Boss 12 airs on national television that too during the prime time slot this year. It all started with Surbhi Rana, who couldn't deal with the fact that she along with the rest of the members of The Happy Club that is Deepak, Somi Khan and Romil Chaudhary was nominated this week by the other housemates. Hence she decided to make the lives of her co-contestants a living hell and urged her friends to be on her side.
Next day, Surbhi decided to attack Jasleen first as she mocked her relationship with Jalota by singing the song, "Main Kya Karoon Ram Mujhe Buddhhaa Mil Gaya". Of course, Jasleen didn't take that sitting down and lashed out at Surbhi. The argument between the two intensified, but it reached at its peak when Deepak made those comments. We were really hoping that host Salman Khan slams both Deepak and Surbhi for what they said to Jasleen and thankfully, he did as he returned to shoot yet another Weekend Ka Vaar episodes of Bigg Boss 12 yesterday. In a promo that was dropped by the makers at the end of last night's episode of Bigg Boss 12, we see that Salman blasts Deepak for the assassination on Jasleen's character and doesn't spare Surbhi for starting it in the first place and supporting Deepak. Check out the promo here:

We are really thankful to Salman to let the contestants like Surbhi and Deepak know that assassination on someone's character is not the right thing to do. Let's hope we don't get to hear such personal comments from the two of them after this yelling from Salman. Or are we asking for too much?
