The fact that Bigg Boss has been airing for more than a decade, proves that it's loved by a major set of people. Over these twelve years, we have seen many celebrities and a few commoners (a practice that began with the tenth season) inside the Bigg Boss house. Some like singer Raageshwari (season five) and performer Sushant Divgikar (season eight) were too graceful for the show; there have also been few contestants like Swami Om and Priyanka Jagga (season 10), who displayed horrible behaviour during the stint and landed in the bad books of not only the fans, but even Salman Khan, who has been hosting the show for nine consecutive years.

The ongoing twelfth edition of Bigg Boss too has some seemingly genuine people. But there a couple of contestants who very well deserve the title of “most-hated people” RN. It's painful to admit that former Indian cricketer Sreesanth is one of them. We are not saying he is as bad as Jagga and Swami, but the man has said way too many objectionable things in the past seven weeks, and honestly they are something that you don't expect from someone who has played for the Indian cricket team.

Initially, Sreesanth was hailed by his followers for being an honest, soft-hearted, and an extremely-emotional contestant. However, over the last few weeks, the same people who were supporting him have realised that he is a spoilsport, incompetent, and a homophobe.

As we are half way through Bigg Boss 12, let's take a look at some of the most offensive things Sreesanth has said on the show so far, and hope that we don't have to update this list every day.

Murky comments about Nehha Pendse

During the initial weeks of the show, TV actor Karan Patel entered the house with a task that required the housemates to donate one of their qualities to another housemate. Nehha Pendse suggested that Sreesanth take her mental strength, but he refused to take the 'quality', saying: "I'm not accepting it." Karan asked him to be graceful and accept it, and he sarcastically replied that there is no grace in accepting it. The worst part was that after he walked out in the middle of the task, he told Karanvir Bohra that he could have made Nehha cry in front of everyone as he "knows somethings about her outside the house". Homophobic comments on Rohit Suchanti

When TV actor Rohit Suchanti entered the house last week as a wild-card entry, Shivashish Mishra proclaimed that he "swings both the ways", just by looking at him. But Sreesanth made it worse when he mocked Rohit's 'purple shorts", and also suggested the actor is gay citing his mannerisms. Thankfully, some sense prevailed for after a few days he apologised to Rohit for his behaviour.

You know the thing with Sreesanth is that he gets angry at the drop of a hat, and ends up saying things that he later realises are highly offensive. A few weeks back, when he was locked up in the BB12 jail (every week three contestants are given a “prison sentence”--a decision they come to mutually amongst themselves), he got into a massive war of words with Deepak. He suggestively called Deepak a beggar, “who picks coins thrown on the streets by the rich”. His anger reached its peak as he later disabled his mic and refused to talk to anybody. Had he been out of the jail, he would have perhaps banged the main door of the house, asking the producers to let him go--like he’s been doing since day two in the house. Even Salman was disgusted with these comments, and didn't relent while giving Sreesanth a piece of his mind.

When he bad-mouthed Dipika Kakar

When everyone was against Sreesanth, it was TV actress Dipika Kakar who stood by him. She even calls him "bhai"-- not that this stopped Sreesanth from bad-mouthing her in the secret room. Sure, he was upset because Dipika nominated him for elimination. But what did he expect really, when he was threatening to leave the house constantly? You’d think this would be the end of this episode, but a few days ago during a task where Dipika was trying to stop Sreesanth from attacking Karanvir, he told her, "Main dena nahi, sirf lena jaanta hoon." Though, he didn't say this directly to Dipika, she was still so disgusted with his thought process that she decided to maintain a safe distance from him. Offensive comments about Vikas Gupta and Karanvir Bohra's sexuality

A few days ago, Bigg Boss 11 contestant Vikas Gupta along with last year's winner Shilpa Shinde entered the house as special guests. They stayed with the current lot for a couple of days, and also participated in a Rangoli making task. It’s during this that he made comments on Vikas' masculinity and told him, "tera khada nahi hota," and to Karanvir he said, "tu beech ka hai". And he did the same on the recent episode of Bigg Boss 12 as well. This time he attacked Karanvir's family by saying, "tera khaandaan badtameez hai."

As we said, it's painful to hear such words from someone who has played for the Indian cricket team and was our favourite player for a while there. There are seven more weeks to go till Bigg Boss 12 comes to an end, we hope that we don't have to add more points to this list. But then going by how Sreesanth has been behaving so far, we are not sure if that's going to be possible.
