Bigg Boss 13 Grand Premiere Highlights: Bigg Boss Introduces A New Twist While The Contestants Get Acquainted With Each Other

The contestants met and introduced each other, but Rashami Desai and Sidharth Shukla discuss how they do not want to share the same bed. Bigg Boss also revealed that the girls have a special power over the guys, that they have the keys for the boys to reach the finale and that their BFFs are to maintain their bonds to move ahead in the game. Is it Splitsvilla meets Bigg Boss?

Salman Khan gave Siddhartha Dey, Sidharth Shukla, Paras Chhabra, Asim Riaz and Abu Malik their BFF bands and also the permission to finally enter the Bigg Boss 13 house. But drama soon ensues. 

Salman Khan announced that Sidharth Shukla had won an advantage for being picked up for three duties. Abu Malik was given a disadvantage that he would find out about once he entered the house. 

Arti Singh chooses the Hum Aapke Hai Koun personality as her BFF and was assigned the dishwashing duties. She picked Paras Chhabra and Abu Malik and the Arti's bartan partner turned out to be Paras.

Dynamic brother-sister duo Krushna Abhishek and Arti Singh set the stage on fire with a fun-filled Tukur Tukur performance. After some joking around and leg-pulling, Arti entered the show. Krushna also told one and all that the housemates need to be very careful of Arti.  

Koena Mitra chose Siddhartha Dey, Sidharth Shukla and Asim Riaz to pull off some moves on the pole. Abu Malik too joined them on the stage and it was like watching Desi Boyz all over again. 

Original Saki Saki girl Koena Mitra came on the stage and Salman Khan welcomed her on stage.

Ameesha Patel, who is the malkin of the Bigg Boss 13 house, had done her research. She revealed gossip about all the contestants and also that she will use it in the game. 

Salman Khan's Yeh Hai Jalwa co-star Ameesha Patel rocked the stage with a sensuous performance on 'Ram Chahe Leela'. She also promised to ruffle some feathers and play cupid to some of the singles on the show.

Dalljiet Kaur has been given bedroom duties. She will have to make sure the bedroom is clean and clear. She picks Sidharth Shukla as her partner. Sidharth is worried about how will he handle so many duties. 

Dalljiet's son Jaden is called on the main stage. Jaden and Kaur dance together before the actress enters the house. 

Dalljiet Kaur is revealed to be the next contestant on the show. She reveals her emotional story to the viewers. Salman says she doesn't look her age. Kaur says she is on the show for her second innings. After being asked by Salman, Kaur says she is open to looking for love on the show. Kaur says she wants someone who is mature and 'suljha hua' and someone handsome like Salman Khan.

Shehnaz Gill and Shefali Bagga are assigned Bed Friend Forever bands to assign them their bed partners. It is also revealed that they have the opportunity to get rationing duties inside the house but they have to fight for it. They are asked to guess the weights of vegetables. Shehnaz wins the first round. Shehnaz wins most of the rounds and gets rationing duties.

Shefali Bagga is joined by Punjabi singer Shenaz Gill on the show. She is quite a motormouth and quite chirpy. She says that she wants to sing Dil Diyan Gallan for Salman Khan and so she does. Shenaz is very cute as she is constantly cracking jokes. She asks Salman is she looks like Punjab ki Katrina Kaif. Salman says yes.

We all know Shefali Bagga from her news show. Shefali has been revealed as the 9th contestant on Bigg Boss 13. Shefali says it will be so much fun when the one who reads the news becomes the news. Beautiful Shefali is very excited to be on the show. 

Rashami is also assigned kitchen duty. She picks her Dil Se Dil Tak co-star Sidharth Shukla as her partner. The two contestants are asked to make a burger while being handcuffed to each other. Sidharth and Rashami say they have fought a lot on the sets of their show. She says that they are best friends and fought like it. 

Sidharth Shukla and Rashami Desai are bed friends forever. They will share the same bed on the show. 

Rashami Desai, the star of Uttaran and Dil Se Dil Tak, is the 8th contestant on Bigg Boss 13. Rashami dances on the song Kamariya from Stree. Salman shows Rashami a news piece which speculates that she will get married on the show to Arhaan Khan. Salman jokes if it is his nephew Arhaan. Rashami denies the news report. 

Devoleena is given the red coloured band and she will find her bed friend forever inside the house. She is also assigned the kitchen duties inside the house for cooking one meal during the day. She picks Abu Malik and Sidharth Shukla to participate in a contest. The two men are asked to prepare Bhel Puri for the lady. Sidharth Shukla is picked by her. 

Devoleena Bhattacharjee is here. The actress is popular for her stint on Saath Nibhana Saathiya playing Gopi Bahu. She has entered the show to change her image. She dances on Aashiq Banaya Aapne on the main stage. Salman asks her why she decided to transform into a babe from the bahu. Devoleena says that she is not looking forward to falling in love on the show.

Mahira Sharma calls Sidharth Shukla a gentleman. Mahira makes Asim her brother. But Mahira picks Asim Riaz as her partner. Salman rolls a dice and assigns a duty to Mahira amongst the daily chores. Mahira will be cleaning the toilets. She picks Asim to be her partner in the duty. 

Salman Khan announces that there is a new concept on the show called BFF - Bed Friend Forever. Salman asks Mahira to pick a BFF. Salman reveals because in previous seasons, contestants have bored them during the first week, so they are adding masala from the first episode itself. Salman gives Mahira a few icons to pick from. She gets a BFF band of red colour. The contestant inside the house wearing the same coloured band will be her BFF.
