Today's episode of Bepannah starts with Zoya(Jennifer Winget) in Aditya's(Harshad Chopda) arms as he continues flirting along as he says that he will come closer to her everyday. Noor gets herself some new clothes and spreads it around the house and she gets good scolding from Yash's mother for being careless. Noor thinks about how her own parents too have not remembered her till now. Zoya is irritated by the pictures and asks Aditya to delete the pictures in which she is in his arms. Aditya refuses to do that. Mona walks in with a mail from Virani group about their event for their 100th anniversary. Aditya reads the complete mail and says that this deal is for only family owned businesses as Viranis themselves are a family owned business group.

Aditya now asks Mahi if she would play his wife for the time being so that they get the business. Mahi readily agrees to this but Zoya says she cannot break a deal on the basis of a lie. Aditya reminds her of her responsibility towards the company and its employees. Zoya then remembers how she promised everyone that she will save the company. Mahi tries to convince Zoya but she says that she has an issue with the lie and that she is scared if the truth gets revealed. Aditya asks Zoya if she will drown the company for the sake of her ideologies. they end up arguing as Aditya calls for voting. Aditya wins the maximum votes and walks away with Mahi , hand in hand.

Zoya still refuses to be moved and she has Mithilesh and Shawn on her side. She asks the two of them to get her some other contracts. Noor gets Arjun's call who tells her that he is AJ. Noor expresses her excitement on working with him. Sakshi gets another call and gets all disturbed as the man threatens to expose her. Sakshi hangs up as Anjana walks in. Aditya is busy irritating Zoya as he practices his couple act with Mahi. Akansha misses the chemistry and says that she is missing the feel of a power couple. Mahi gets irritated at this. Anjana notices Sakshi's tension and asks her if she is well. Later she wonders why Sakshi is acting weird. Sakshi begs her blackmailer saying she has nothing to give. Sakshi receives a courier and opens it  as she is shocked to see her own picture with Pooja and Yash. The blackmailer demands three lakhs.

Zoya tries to convince the employees that the contract is legal and they cover can be blown. Aditya then calls someone to cancel the contract and tells the employees that the company will shut down in few days. Aditya makes Zoya feel guilty for letting her employees down and says that all of this is Yash's doing and now she will not say a simple lie to save everyone from bankruptcy. Zoya and her employees get to work to find contracts but nothing matches to the crores that they needs to save the company. Mahi taunts Zoya and tries to convince her but Zoya is undeterred. Sakshi worries about how she will arrange for the money and about how she has to keep this truth from Aditya who is her biggest confidant. Aditya arranges coffee for the employees and offers to take Mahi for a movie but Zoya does not allow her to go. Zoya remembers everything that passed as she gets more and more worried.
