Today's episode of Bepannah starts with the Hooda family getting Aditya(Harshad Chopda) to the hospital. Zoya(Jennifer Winget) and Noor too arrive at the hospital. Arjun tells them that a lot of blood has drained out of him. Wasim and Roshna too arrive as Roshna is saddened by the fact that Aditya was trying to save Zoya when this happened.

Anjana refuses to leave Aditya's side, but Harsh takes her out as the doctors decide to operate Aditya. Anjana rushes to the temple to pray as Zoya says that she will not let anything happen to Aditya and walks off. The families wait outside as Aditya is being operated on. Zoya offers Namaaz and Anjana will not step out of the temple.

Anjana remembers how she got her son back and Zoya remembers every time Aditya has been there for her. The operation ends up successful, and Aditya is safe. Anjana wants to meet Aditya, but the doctors say they will shift him to the ICU and later they can all meet him. Aditya returns to consciousness and panics soon about Rajveer.

Anjana pampers her son. Zoya and family walk into the room as Roshna thanks Aditya for saving Zoya. Roshna says that she is also thankful that Aditya is safe. Harsh takes a moment to thank Zoya for saving them all after she heard the bomb plan of Rajveer. Harsh also says that Rajveer has gone crazy and now will not be a good time to reopen the case.

Later they all are sent out so the doctors can check on Aditya. Aditya asks Arjun to stop with him. Anjana thanks her God while Harsh joins her. Harsh calms Anjana and asks her to hold on to faith. Anjana worries if Zoya will reopen the case, but Harsh is confident that now after all of the happenings Zoya will never do something like this.

Wasim agrees with Harsh and asks Zoya to not think about reopening the case. Wasim advises Zoya not to throw herself and Aditya into the same trauma again. Zoya says she would meet Yash's mother who happens to be in the same hospital. Mahi tells her mother that Aditya is out of danger and that after all of what happened Zoya might never reopen the case. Yash's mother says she understands if Zoya will not want to reopen the case.

Zoya walks in to meet her and consoles her saying she is fine. Yash's mother tells Zoya that she does not want Zoya to risk her own life for the sake of Yash's name. Mahi though instigates Zoya once again saying all of this is the fault of Hooda family. Yash's mother though says that she will not want to lose Zoya for the sake of any reputation.
