Good news for Kaun Banega Crorepati fans! One of the most loved quiz shows of the small screen, Kaun Banega Crorepati, is all set to return with its eleventh season this year. Yes, you read that right! Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has been entertaining the audience for over years, is returning as host for the 11th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Ardent fans of the Bollywood legend, hold your breath, your favourite show is set to return in August. According to reports, Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 11 will premiere in August and Sony TV's Ladies Special will go off air, make way for the quiz show. Reportedly, the channel decided to pull the plug on Ladies Special owing to low TRP ratings. For the unversed, Kaun Banega Crorepati 11 was replaced by two other (fiction) shows Patiala Babes and Ladies Special, that took over 9 to 10 segment of the telecast. While Ladies Special will go off air, Patiala Babes, on the other hand is working well and viewers are loving the mother-daughter duo on the show. Recently, it was reported that the registration for Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 11 starts from May 1 at 9 pm. While the promos are already out, recently, Big B took to his blog to announce that he has kickstarted with the prep and promo shooting for KBC 11. He wrote, "So prep for KBC starts and here we are running into introductions, systems, learning new inputs, rehearsing, getting ready for another year. It's 2019 and it all began in 2000. 19 years and a gap of about two years when it did not happen for me. But 17 years is a lifetime and a lifetime that was given a lifeline by you."
