Alok has apparently gone underground, other reports in the media state. In fact, a summon letter served by the Oshiwara Police also returned without being received. It is also being said that a number of lawyers had come down from Delhi and filed the bail plea on Alok’s behalf.

The Cine and Television Artists’ Association (CINTAA) has also kicked out Alok after he repeatedly failed to show up for his hearings.
