Reportedly the fourth season of Aamir Khan's show Satyamev Jayate, which will air in January 2019, will kick-start with #MeToo movement.
In the wake of the #MeToo movement, several women have opened up about the gut-wrenching experience of sexual abuse and assault they had been subject to at work, naming their alleged perpetrator. After of a series of allegations, we saw many celebrities came out in support of these women. From Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Farhan Akhtar, Farhan Akhtar to Twinkle Khanna, several celebs voiced their support on social media. Recently, Aamir Khan too lent his support to the #MeToo movement. The statement read that the actor has stepped down as a producer of Subhash Kapoor’s upcoming biopic on Gulshan Kumar (the late founder of T-Series), following the molestation charges levied against him by actor Geetika Tyagi in 2014. Now, the latest we hear is that Aamir, who is all set to return with fourth season of Satyamev Jayate, is likely to deal with issues like female feticide, child sexual abuse, honor killings, rape, and domestic violence among others, in the upcoming season.

According to a report in DNA, a source was quoted as saying, "With several women opening up about sexual harassment at workplaces and otherwise, Aamir wants to throw light on their problems and the issue of their safety. He has told his team to start doing research on it. He will invite the #MeToo survivors to share their horrifying experiences. He will also get some of the alleged accused on the show to present their point of view."
