Kareena's fitness trainer Namrata Purohit said in an interview to a daily,"Kareena came to me post-Taimur, so naturally there was fat gain during her pregnancy. So we were looking into more weight loss, it was a regime where we focused a lot on cardiovascular exercises, as well as Pilates training which helped tone the body and get the body back into shape. The body had lost a certain amount of shape, also when you are bearing a child your balance is off center. So getting the body back into balance, getting the body moving again, we had to look into those kinds of things."
On the work front, Bebo's next film co-starring Akshay Kumar titled Good News is scheduled for a release next year. She will also be seen in the period drama titled Takht in which she will be seen with Ranveer Singh.
