The after-math of Pulwama Terror Attack is seen by the entire world now. The attack carried out by the Pakistan based terrorist outfit led to the demise of over 40 CRPF jawans and leaving others injured. As a revenge, the Indian Air Force carried out a surgical strike on JeM terrorist camps across the LOC. As the Indian citizens are lauding this initiative, a complete ban on the Indian films has been announced by Pakistan's Cinema Exhibitors Association. A report in ANI says, "Choudhary Fawad Hussain, Pakistan I&B Minister: Cinema Exhibitors Association has boycotted Indian content, no Indian movie will be released in Pakistan. Also have instructed PEMRA to act against made in India advertisements."

It must be noted that, the organisations like Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) and Indian Film & Television Directors' Association (IFTDA), earlier demanded a ban on the Pakistani films and artists post the Pulwama attack. After that, a blanket ban was announced on Indian films by the Lahore High Court.
There has been a lot of discussion over the issue of cultural exchange between both the countries. While the debate was on for a while, the ban on the films from both the countries, sums up everything.
On the other hand, the Bollywood celebs cannot stop praising the Indian Air Force for its brave and quick act. Celebs like Abhishek Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Nimrat Kaur, Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi amongst others hailed the instant action taken against the terrorist outfits in the neighboring country.
