Speaking of Petta, our in-house film critic Sreeju Sudhakaran wrote in his review, "Petta has its issues, primarily being its length and how some of the supporting cast is utilised. That said, this is the most fun I had watching a Rajinikanth movie in recent times. Petta gives you enough reasons to buoy up your spirits if you are a Thalaiva fan, considering if you reign in some of that burgeoning expectations. Get ready to be Rajinified!"
Talking about Thala Ajith's Viswasam, our in-house film critic wrote, "Sure, as a family entertainer, this one takes the cake. Fans would be over the moon to see Ajith take on the character that expects him to give them what they like to see. Even Nayanthara is too beautiful for words and too graceful in her performance. They make a good pair and perform brilliantly but this melodramatic ride can only be sat for once." Well, those who are yet to watch Petta and Viswasam, catch them in your nearby theatres now.
