Virataparvam: Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi Starrer Goes on the Floors, Check Out the First Look Poster - View Pic

Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi starrer Virataparvam has now officially gone on the floors. The Baahubali actor took to his Twitter account earlier today to share the good news. The film is being directed by Venu Udugula and recently had its pooja ceremony heled, pictures of which had surfaced over social media. Both Rana and Sai were spotted at the event. A while ago, Rana took to Twitter to shared a first look poster of the film which looks quite impressive. The first look poster interestingly reads, "Revolution is an act of love".

Virataparvam 1992 is a political drama that is set in Telangana and Rana will be playing the role of a political leader. The film also features Tabu, Priyamani, Zareena Wahab and Eeshwari Rao in pivotal roles. The film will start rolling from next week and the makers have been planning to shoot mainly in Warangal, Karimnagar, Siddipet and in Telangana and coastal Andhra Pradesh.

At the launch ceremony held this morning, the honour of the first clap of the film was bestowed upon Venkatesh Daggubati and MLA Gottipati Ravi was the one who switched on the camera.

Apart from this film, Rana will also be seen in the role of Subhash Chandra Bose in his next venture 1945. The actor also has a tri-lingual film, Haathi Mere Saathi which is being helmed by Prabhu Solomon in the pipeline. In terms of Bollywood, Rana has signed up for Housefull 4 and we can't wait to see him in a lighter, fun role.
