After the leak of "Singapenney" song from Bigil, yet another song from the movie, "Verithanam" has leaked online according to Vijay's fans. The leaked portion of the song features Thalapathy Vijay himself on the vocals and fans of the South superstar are unhappy with this new leak. Several users took to Twitter to criticise the production house for not taking proper precautions considering this is the second song leak. "Verithanam" is a special number and fans have been waiting for it eagerly since this is the first time Vijay is singing for the legendary composer A R Rahman. Even though the actor-composer duo has worked together on several films in the past such as Udhaya and Mersal, this is the first time Vijay has crooned for Rahman's composition.

Thalapathy fans wanted this song to be a treat and are now asking Twitter users to not share the leaked version on the platform. The fan following for Vijay is huge and hence in no time, his fans got '#VerithanamLeaked' trending on the micro-blogging site. Earlier, a week after "Singappenney" was leaked online, the makers decided to release the track officially and now fans are hoping a similar approach will be followed with "Verithanam."Bigil Release Date Changed! Bigil directed by Atlee and produced by AGS Entertainment is based on women's football and has Vijay playing dual roles as a don and a football coach. The film also stars Nayanthara, Jackie Shroff, Kathir, Indhuja and Yogi Babu in key roles. It is slated to release over Diwali 2019.
