The Vanitha Film Awards 2019 took place yesterday (March 2) in Kochi. Mohanlal, Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas and many other Mollywood stars were seen in attendance. Bollywood actress Sunny Leone was also present at the event. Earlier, Dhanush had grabbed eyeballs when Gully Boy Ranveer Singh went gaga about him at the recently held AsiaVision Awards 2019. With this film, Malayalam actress Manju Warrier will make her debut in the Tamil film industry. This Tamil-language movie is adapted from the novel Vekkai. Produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu under V Creations banner, the film’s release date is yet to be announced.
