The second phase of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections have started today, April 18. The leading superstars of Tollywood were the early birds to arrive at the polling booths. Actor-politician Rajinikanth, Ajith Kumar aka Thala Ajith, Vijay, Kamal Haasan along with daughter Shruti Haasan have exercised their votes in Chennai. The veteran actor Rajinikanth was shooting in Mumbai for his upcoming film Darbar. The superstar took a mini-break from his shooting schedule to cast vote. Rajinikanth was one of the first voters to cast his vote at the Stella Martis College in Chennai this morning. Thala Ajith and his wife Shalini exercised their democratic right at a polling booth near their residence in Thiruvanmiyur. Actor Vijay who is also called as Thalapathy Vijay was spotted standing in queue to cast his vote. Kamal Haasan arrived with his daughter Shruti Haasan to cast vote. This second phase of 2019 Lok Sabha Elections started at 7am and will end by 6pm. The polling is been held in 95 seats today across 11 states and one in the Union Territory of Puducherry. Voting in Madurai will end only by 8pm due to the Chithirai Festival. Stay tuned for further updates.
