However, the actor also recently revealed in his tweet that he is being threatened by people for the stand that he took. In the latest tweet, the Rang De Basanti actor wrote, "I'm getting tweet threats for me and my loved ones to be fixed, arrested etc. from several handles that are followed by PM @narendramodi. Meanwhile, the latest reports also claim that Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra was taken down from her responsibility as a brand ambassador Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' campaign in Haryana. This decision was apparently taken after her stand against the violence against the students of the University. She had tweeted, "If this is what’s gonna happen everytime a citizen expresses their view, forget #CAB, we should pass a bill and not call our country a democracy anymore! Beating up innocent human beings for speaking their mind? BARBARIC." However, no denial or confirmation has been noted down by the actress' side.
