The New Year is here and all the big announcements on the upcoming projects seem to have already begun. After we saw a brand new poster of Rajinikanth's upcoming film Darbar today, there's another big South star who released a second look of his film. Yes, we are talking about Suriya. The actor released the second look poster of his next titled Soorarai Pottru. The second look poster shows him an intense avatar and has been designed beautifully. Suriya took to Twitter to share the second look and wrote, "Wishing you all a year full of great moments! Here's #SooraraiPottruSecondLook." As for the film's story, we only know that it revolves around an ordinary man with an extraordinary dream. Initially, his character was introduced as Maara during the first look launch.

The film also stars Aparna Balamurali, Karunas, Jackie Shroff, Mohan Babu, Paresh Rawal and others in key roles. Soorarai Pottru has been helmed by Sudha Kongara. The news about Suriya wanting to collaborate with Sudha had been doing the rounds since long. The actor was keen to work with the director ever since the success of Irudhi Suttru and now it looks like they have a phenomenal project at hand. The film is all set to hit the screens in Summer 2020. The teaser of the film is all set to release on January 7.
