The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2019 kicked-off on August 15 and it will conclude on August 17. This is the eighth year of the prestigious award ceremony and this time it is taking place in Doha, Qatar. Leading celebs from the south arrived for the event. The star-studded event was graced by celebs such as Vijay Deverakonda, Keerthy Suresh, Yash, Megastar Chiranjeevi and many others. The winners of Telugu and Kannada cinema have also been announced. Sudheer Babu received the Special Appreciation Jury Award, Ram Charan bagged the SIIMA Best Actor in a Leading Role Award 2019 (Telugu) for Rangasthalam. His father Chiranjeevi received the award on behalf of him. Yash won SIIMA Best Actor in Leading Role 2019 (Kannada) for KGF Chapter 1. National Film Award winner Keerthy Suresh won SIIMA Best Actress Award 2019 (Telugu) for Mahanati. Heartiest congratulations to all the winners!
