Shriya Saran to Pair Up Again with Nandamuri Balakrishna in K S Ravikumar’s Next?

Shriya Saran is popular face in the south as well as in the Hindi film industry. The last time that we saw her on the silver screen was in the song “Chitram Bhale Vichitram” from the film N.T.R: Kathanayakudu. It was just a special appearance and not a full-fledged role. The actress does not have any other projects for this year. It is now heard that Shriya Saran will be pairing up once again with the superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna in K.S. Ravikumar’s upcoming film. K.S. Ravikumar has given Tamil and Telugu cinema some hit films such as Nattamai, Natpukkaga, Padayappa, Dasavathaaram, Lingaa, and more. The last film that he directed was a Telugu-language flick, Jai Simha. It is reported that his next project is titled as Ruler for which he needs two actresses in the lead. Nandamuri Balakrishna who is roped in as the lead actor has reportedly suggested Shriya Saran’s name as the two have already worked together in the past for films Chennakesava Reddy, Gautamiputra Satakarni and Paisa Vasool. A source was quoted saying, “Over the years, Shriya has built a great rapport with Balayya. He liked her work in Gautamiputra Satakarni and believes that only she could have done justice to that role. So, Balayya recommended her name to Ravikumar even before the director started shortlisting names for the part,” reports Cinema Express. Neither the director nor the actors have stated anything about this project yet. Let’s wait for an official announcement!
