RRR: CONFIRMED! Bond Girl Alison Doody to Play the Lead Antagonist in SS Rajamouli’s Ram Charan-Jr NTR Starrer
RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, features Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris in the lead. Produced under the banner of DVV Entertainments, RRR is all set to be released on July 30, 2020.
The makers of RRR have finally announced about the actress who is going to be paired opposite Jr NTR and also about the other actors who have been roped in to play key roles in the SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus. There were speculations stating Alison Doody have been roped as Jr NTR’s heroine in RRR. She is definitely onboard for RRR but not as Tarak’s (as Jr NTR is fondly called) heroine, but as the lead antagonist. Alison Doody made her feature film debut by playing a small role in the James Bond film - A View to a Kill. Alison was just 18 when she played the role Jenny Flex, and hence she remains the youngest Bond girl to date. While sharing the news of Alison’s being onboard the makers wrote, “Welcome to Indian cinema, #AlisonDoody! Had a wonderful time shooting for your first schedule... We are glad to have you play lead antagonist #LADYSCOTT in #RRRMovie! #RRR”. RRR also marks her debut in Indian cinema.
