As per India Today, the post-mortem report of Renukaswamy, a devoted fan of Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, reveals he was subjected to electric shocks before his tragic death. This revelation has intensified the investigation into the highly publicised case, sending shockwaves through the Kannada film industry. Among the 17 individuals arrested in connection with Renukaswamy's murder are Darshan and his actor companion Pavithra Gowda. According to police sources, Dhanraj, a newly apprehended suspect who works as a cable worker in Mandya, provided crucial details about the torture inflicted on Renukaswamy. Allegedly summoned to a godown in Bengaluru by another accused named Nandish, Dhanraj disclosed that they intended to use an electrical megger to administer electric shocks to Renukaswamy. Law enforcement authorities have since confiscated the device as part of their ongoing investigation in the case. Latest Update In Renukaswamy Murder Case
Reportedly, Renukaswamy, an autorickshaw driver and a member of actor Darshan's fanclub, was reportedly abducted from Chitradurga district on June 8 following his alleged sending of derogatory messages to Pavithra Gowda. Subsequently, his body was discovered near Sumanahalli Bridge in Bengaluru. The investigation into the murder case is currently ongoing.
